INGREDIENTS

  • 5 nos. Potatoes Medium Size
  • 1 cup  Chana(Soak chana in water in the morning)
  • 2 tsp Salt or as required.
  • ½ tsp Dry Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Chat Masala
  • ½ tsp Spice Seeds Powder
  • ½ tsp Pani Puri Masala

STEP1

Potato Mixtures

Wash all potatoes, chana, and boil them  alternately in the cooker with pressure cook for 5-6 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.

After settling down the pressure of the cooker itself, open the lid of the cooker and remove all potatoes' skin, put all potatoes in another vessel, mashed it, add all ingredients in it, and mix it well.

Now mix all boiled chana in the mixture.

These potatoes mixtures are ready for filling Pani-Puri.

STEP2

Khatta-Mitha Imali Pani

Ingredients

2 nos. Tamarind Extract (Imali)

4 nos. Date (Khajur)

1 tbsp Jaggery (Gur)

¼ tsp Red Chili Powder

¼ tsp Pani Puri Masala

Soak tamarind extract, and date into water bowl for 10 minutes.

Then put it over a medium gas flame, after boiling water add jaggery, stir it, add all remaining ingredients into a bowl, and mix it nicely.

Turn off the gas flame and after cooling strain into the serving bowl as shown in the picture.

Then put it into the freezer.

STEP3

Thika Pani

Ingredients

1 tbsp Mint Leaves (Pudina Patta)

2 tbsp Green Coriander Leaves

2 nos. Green Chilis

½ tsp Salt or as required

¼ tsp Chat Masala

1tbsp Pani Puri Bundi (optional)

Take mixture jar put cut green chilis, add mint and coriander leaves in it, blend all leaves, add little water, add all remaining ingredients, and blend all ingredients(except Bundi) until smooth.

Strain all water to one bowl as shown in the bowl and put it in the freezer.

When you like to eat Pani Puri then serve all things as shown in the picture.

Note: at a time of eating you can add Bundi into Thika Pani & Khatta-Mitha Imali Pani. Boondi & Puri are easily available at the bakery.
