INGREDIENTS
- 3 cup Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Semolina Flour
(suji)
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 tsp Dry Turmeric
Powder
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Powder
- ½ tsp Ajwain
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Powder
- 2 tsp Salt or as required
- 1½ tsp Warm water
❤Add all
masala in it and mix well.
❤Now start
to heat ghee in a small tadka pan and on another put one vessel to boil 1½ of
water on low flame.
❤After
heating ghee, pour it into flour mixtures, and mix it properly.
❤After
water boiling adds to the mixture and whisks it the same as puri dough.
❤Put aside
this dough for 10 to 15 minutes.
❤After you
can roll out the same as a round puri shape or heart shape as shown in the
picture.
Note:-
❤First, roll out a small piece of dough and make the heart shape by using a heart shape making cutter, as shown in the picture, likewise, you can make the round shape or the square shape, star shape, etc.
❤Now, deep fry Tikha Masala Puri in little quantities 2-3 turns.
❤This masala puri is very tasty, crispy, and spicy which been eat along with a cup of tea or as a snack or at festivals such as (Randhan Chhath & Sitala Satam).
