INGREDIENTS
- 250gm Ready-made Khata Vada’s flour.
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp Green Chili Paste
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Turmeric
Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Salt or as required
- 1 Pinch Cooking Soda
- ½ glass Warm Water
⇛Firstly put one vessel with water, put on the gas flame to warm the water, and after a little warming turns off the gas.
⇛In a
medium-size bowl, add both Khata Vada flour & wheat flour.
⇛Add curd
in flour mixtures, mix it.
⇛Now add
all masalas and remaining ingredients.
⇛Now add
warm water into the mixtures and whisk with the help of a spoon in one
direction, cover the bowl with its lid and put the bowl aside for 5 hours.
⇛After five
hours, take a pan, put on gas on medium flame, add required oil for deep frying
Khata Vada, and after heating oil start frying the Khata Vada in little
quantities.
⇛Fry the Khata Vada as per the above picture to get better textures.
⇛This Khata
Vada is very tasty and crispy. This recipe of Khata Vada is also made of
festivals like Radhan Chhath.
