  • 3 cup  Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt or as required.
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ½ glass Pure Water

Procedure to make PURI recipe from whole wheat flour.

Soft Puri Making Recipe
Start making Raw Puri's Dough. For that take wheat flour in one Katharot(a circular plate), mix all ingredients except water into wheat flour, mix all ingredients properly, and knead wheat flour nicely by pouring little by little water.

Now, take small pieces from the kneaded dough and make the loaves of dough.

After that, make a round shape by the rollout of that small loaf with help of a roller pin. 

Now take a pan, put on a medium gas flame, pour the required oil for deep frying Puri, after heating oil, start frying Puri as shown in the pictures.

This Puri is very matchable to eat along with Aloo Bhaji, i.e. called Puri-Bhaji.
