(A). Preparation To Cook Pav bhaji recipe.
- Chopped the vegetables such as Eggplant, Potato, Capsicum, and Carrot, to the big pieces. (remove the skin of carrot & eggplant).
- Put all these cut vegetables into the basket-type strainer.
- Add green peas, cabbage, cauliflower to the strainer and wash properly all these vegetables.
- Now add 1 pure glass of water,1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp salt, and add all vegetables into the cooker. mix it properly and cover the cooker with a lid.
- Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.
(B). 7 Steps To Cook Pav bhaji recipe.
STEP1
- During this period of time, chopped onion into bigger pieces, grind it and take out its’ paste to a small dish.
- Likewise, make a paste of tomatoes also.
STEP2
- Now, take the thick cooking pan and pour the remaining oil into it.
- After heating oil pours the paste of onion in it.
- Stir it till its’ color change to brown and then add tomato paste.
- Cook it till oil start to separate.
STEP3
- After the pressure of the cooker settles down on its own, opens the lid.
- Presses all vegetables with the help of a pressure pin as shown in the picture.
STEP4
- Now add all remaining spices ingredients to the pan, stir well and add pressed vegetables in the pan.
- Mix it properly, cover it for five minutes on low flame.
STEP5
- After five minutes open the lid and stir it properly, cover it, and cook for another five minutes.
- After five minutes open the lid, add 2tsp of butter, 1tbsp of coriander leaves, and 1tsp of hot spices powder.
- Cover it and turn off the flame.
STEP6
- Take one fry pan to roast pieces of bread (pav) and put on a low gas flame, add required butter, and roast all pieces of bread from top and bottom(cut pieces of bread lengthwise from the middle before roasting).
