INGREDIENTS
- 5-6 nos. Potatoes
Medium Size
- 5-6 nos. Green Chili
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt or as required.
- 1 tbsp Roasted
Peanuts
- 5-6 nos. Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Coriander
leaves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Dry Turmeric
Powder
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Pinch Asafoetida
- ½ tsp Spice Seeds

↣•Wash all potatoes and boil them in the cooker with pressure cook for 5 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.
↣•Roast all peanuts, and grind all peanuts coarser.
↣•After settling down the pressure of the cooker itself, open the lid of the cooker and remove all potatoes' skin, put all potatoes in another vessel, and cut in medium pieces all potatoes.
↣•Cut all green chilies and ginger into small pieces.
↣•Take frying pan over medium flame gas, add oil, after heating oil, add mustard seeds, after crackling mustard seeds, add pinch asafoetida, curry leaves, green chilis, ginger, peanuts, sesame seeds, and sauté till 2 minutes at medium flame.
↣•After two minutes add all cut potatoes, mix and let it cook for 2 minutes.
↣•Now add coriander leaves.
↣•Bhaji is ready to serve.
↣•Aloo-Bhaji is best to eat along with Puri as shown in the picture.
