Nine types of Pulses To Be Mixed to cook 'Nori Nem Vadhu Recipe'.
Name Of Nine Types Of Beans of legume Used in Vaddhu Recipe(sprouted beans):

  1. ½ cup – Mung  
  2. ½ cup – Moth 
  3. ¼ cup – Desi Chana
  4. ¼ cup – Chhole Chana 
  5. ¼ cup – Vaal 
  6. ¼ cup – Tuvar Beans(dry)
  7. ¼ cup – Black Mung 
  8. ¼ cup – Masoor
  9. ¼ cup – Dry Green Pigeon Peas(hare sukhe matar)

Directions:

(A). Preparations For Making 'Nori Nem Vadhu'

Mixed all beans to make 'Nori Nem Vadhu Recipe'.

  • Mix all nine pulses together and wash properly two-three times.
  • Now take pure water and fill in the beans vessel(fill water more than 1 ½ inch above the mixture),  and cover it.  
  • Keep aside for overnight.
  • In the morning drain all water from it and then take it out in one cotton cloth and tie properly. Put it or hang it aside.

(B). How to make 'Nori Nem Vadhu'?

Sprouted Mixed Beans For Making 'Nori Nem Vadhu Recipe'.

STEP1

  • Take it out in the evening in one vessel, clean it and wash it properly two-three times.
  • Cut 8 number green chili into small pieces and grate 1-inch ginger.

STEP2

  • Now put the cooker on high flame gas and pour 2 tbsp oil in it. 
  • After heating oil, add Put green chili and ginger to the cooker and sauté it.
  • After that add all nine mixed beans to the cooker, mix well and stir nicely. Add mentioned salt or as per your taste. Mix well.
  • Now add ½ glass of water and mix it properly and cover the cooker with a lid.

STEP3

  • Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.  
  • After the pressure of the cooker settles down on its own, open the lid & and check the consistency of the water. If you feel more water then you can again cook on medium flame without a lid.

STEP4

  • Now, these beans are ready to serve. Take it out in a separate serving bowl.

Pro Tips For Making 'Nori Nem Vadhu Recipe'.

It is best to eat with Rotala(Juvar) along with big cut Onion, Raw mango water pickle(Panichu Kerry), Raw Berry water pickle(Boriya Gunda/Lasoda), and cucumber.
