Kanda-Papad recipe is very easy to instant make. There are few ingredients are required and all these are mostly available at home. If you have no idea what to cook or you confuse about to cook then you can make this veggie as quickly as possible.
INGREDIENTS
- 7 nos. Onions Medium
Size
- 1 tsp Green Chili Paste(Chili+Ginger)
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Dry Turmeric
Powder
- 1 tsp Salt or as required
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ tsp Spices Seeds
Powder
- 3 nos. Papad `
Kanda-Papad veggie is a very easy to make, quick to make, and tasty veggie.
➢Chopp all onions in thin & long slices.
➢Take a frying pan and put it on low medium
flame.
➢Pour oil and after heating oil add onions slice
into it.
➢Saute till onions get smooth(appx 2 mins) and
add all ingredients(except Papad).
➢Saute every two minutes without covering the
pan.
➢Likewise 2-3 times you have to stir and after
the oil starts separating turn off the gas flame.
➢Now, the veggie is ready.
➢When you want to eat, at that time roast all
these papads, break them into small pieces, sprinkle over the veggie, and mix
it.
➢You can eat along with roti(round bread).
