Seller first takes a bunch of pods of Sorghum plants and then roasted it in wooden fire and then removes whole pods from wooden fire and covers it in a thick bag & hit it continuously with a thick wooden stick.
After removing all grains from pods, take out all empty pods from the bag and filter green grains after removing all unnecessary small particles from green grains and serve it warm along with any Sev which I described above.
