When milk malai storage goes to 2 glass quantities, you can start to make homemade Ghee.

When you want to make ghee then remove your milk malai vessel from freeze before ½ hour.

After that pour all milk malai from that vessel into one big container(Tapeli/Patila) as shown in the picture.

Milk Malai took out from milk to make Ghee from it.

Buttermilk is started to separate after Whisk it the help of scoop.

Procedure to follow to make Homemade Ghee within 10 minutes.

You can make Ghee easily at home by following the step-wise method mentioned below:
Now with the help of a scoop(Kadachhi), move all milk malai in the direction(whisk the milk malai) only until all buttermilk gets separate.

It means butter get starts to separate from it and then make one ball of butter and remove all buttermilk from it.

Made butter ball to separate Ghee from it.

After it washes that butterball with 2-3 water and drained all water from it.

Put scoop on medium gas flame and you can see the Ghee starts to separate within 7 to 10 minutes.

Very beautiful Ghee made at home from milk malai

Now strain all Ghee in one small steel bowl and after cooling down, you can take it in an air-tight glass container as shown in the picture.
