(A). Preparation To Make Sabudana Puda/Cheela Recipe.
- Wash properly the Sabudana two-three times.
- Soak Sabudana in Morning. For that take pure water in one bowl and drop all Sabudana in it (fill water more than 1 ½ inch above the Sabudana), and cover it.
- Keep aside for five hours.
- After five hours drain all water from Sabudana and again wash it.
- Now boil one potato in the cooker.
- After that roast peanuts and take them out in one dish.
- In the same vessel roast cumin seeds.
- Cut 4 number green chili into small pieces and grate 1-inch ginger.
(B). 5 Steps To Cook Sabudana Puda/Cheela Recipe.
STEP1
- Firstly grind all peanuts like a flour form.
STEP2
- Secondly, grind cumin seed like a flour form.
STEP3
- Thirdly, pour all Sabudan
into a mixer jar, pour curd, and app.1/2 glass of water to grind the Sabudan
easily. Grind and take it in the
same vessel. (Please note that we have to maintain the consistency of the
Sabudana mixture. It will be thicker than the dosa mixture/khiru).
STEP4
- Fourthly, mix all ingredients in this Sabudana mixture.
STEP5
- Fifthly, put the idli frying pan on a medium gas flame, and pour oil on it.
- After heat oil, pour the Sabudana mixture on the frying pan as shown in the picture.
- Do not remove it instantly otherwise, it will break. If it is fried properly at the bottom then after turning it and let it fry on another side.
