INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Singhara’s
flour
- 2 cup Ghee
- 1 ½ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mix Dry
Fruits
⤖Cut all dry fruits into small pieces.
⤖Take a pan and after heating add ghee into it.
⤖After melting the ghee, slow down the gas flame
and add Singhara's flour into it, and continuously stir it until the raw smell
is gone, which indicates it's properly roasted. (it will take appx. 3minutes)
⤖Now add milk to it and stir for 2-3 minutes.
⤖After that, add sugar stir again for 3 minutes.
⤖Likewise stirring, you will find the ghee start
to separate from Singhara Sheera.
⤖Now turn off the flame.
⤖Take Singhara Sheera in a serving bowl and
sprinkle cut dry fruits.
