Fish Recipe: Most Liked Seafood
Fish- is one of the best seafood which likes to eat by most of the nonvegetarian people and for that one of quick easy Indian recipes; I am going to explain how we easily make Fish masala curry.
Let’s start with how to cook fish curry which is delicious and spicy makes for a great appetizer. So enjoy this healthy eating food. Serve fish curry especially with any type of rice, compliment the Fish Curry. However, it also goes great with flatbread(roti).

(A). Preparation To Make Fish Gravy Masala.

Firstly, wash all pieces of fish properly twice and take it in a wide vessel having a lid. Remember that we have to drain all the water from it. For making a green paste, take all mentioned garlic cloves, and ½ tbs cleaned coriander leaves in a grinder jar and grind to make a paste.
Take it to one small bowl; add all mentioned spices i.e. red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, salt, hot spice. Mix all these ingredients together properly and start to cover all pieces of fish with this mixed paste, and cover this vessel with a lid. Keep aside this vessel for half an hour.
Note:- These all things are prepared to marinate fish(Marination is the process to soak this type of food in a seasoned, often acidic before cooking it).
(B). How to cook Fish Curry recipe?
STEP1
After ½ hour, firstly make a paste of onion and tomato separately and keep aside both paste then open the lid of the vessel and heat 2tbs oil in an aluminum pan or a nonstick and add onion paste and stirring nonstop sauté till the onion paste turn translucent. Keep string continuously otherwise onion gets dark browned and slows down the flame. Add tomato paste and stir it for five minutes and add all the pieces of fish. Mix it slowly and let it cook for five minutes.
STEP2
Then, take a small vessel to boil 1 ½ glass water and boil it. Add this boiled water to fish and let it cook for 10 minutes without the lid. After that check the consistency and if find it very thin then let it cook for another five minutes. Then you find that fish curry ready to serve.
STEP3
Check the taste & salt if required; sprinkle the remaining coriander leaves. It enhances the flavor of food because of spices and coriander leaves.
