DIRECTIONS:
(A). Preparation To Make Recipe Of Undhiyu.
- Firstly, clean green beans(open up half of qty and remove seeds from it and half qty duly clean); wash all Green Beans (Desi Hari Small-Developed 3 Seeds Per Pod Of Papdi) put it in one vessel, and put aside from it.
- Then cut all vegetables into small pieces and take them with a wide vessel. Remember that we have to drain all the water from it.
- For making a green paste, take crush 1inch ginger, 6 to 7 medium garlic cloves; and 3 to 4 fresh green chilly and 2 tbs cleaned coriander leaves in a grinder jar and grind to make a paste. (see pic.below), keep aside this paste.
- Now take groundnut in grinder Jar and grind it in pieces form not in powder form. Take out this crushed peanut in the medium-size vessel and add all spices to it.
