[A].Patra Making Recipe:
- ➢Take one bowl and mix all flour together and mix well.
- ➢Add all ingredients in it and again mix all things properly, and add ½ glass of water(need more water if the mixture is thick).
- ➢Spread mixtures over one Patra(Arbi Leaves) as shown in the picture and cover with another Patra and rolled it as shown in the picture.
- ➢Cut each roll into three pieces, and put in a separate dish.

[B].Turiya-Patra Making Recipe:
➢Take one frypan and rest on a medium gas flame, pour oil, after heating oil add mustard seeds, after crackling mustard seeds add asafoetida, then add dry red chilis, and slow down the gas flame.
➢Now add all cut Turiya to the pan, stir it, and let it cook for 2 minutes.
➢After 2 minutes add all cut Patra into the pan, mix it well, cover with dish bigger size than pan size, and add ½ glass of water over the dish.
➢After 5 minutes, put aside the covered dish and stir the veggie carefully, and cover the pan again.
➢Likewise, stir veggie periodically after5-5 minutes. (approximately 20 minutes will take to cook the Turiya-Patra Veggie).
➢After 20, minutes check the constancy of gravy. If you like more gravy then add little water and stir.
➢Now add coriander leaves to it.
➢Turiya-Patra is ready to serve.
