'Bharwa Mirch Recipe' is the easiest method to fry the stuffed green chili and eat along with meal is one of the good experiences.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gms big and thick Green Chilis
  • 2+1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tbsp Gram Flour(Besan)
  • 1 tsp Green Chili Paste
  • 1 tsp Spices Seeds Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt or as required.
  • 1  tsp Dry Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Hot Spices Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Bharwa Hari Mirch Recipe stuffed with gram flour.

  • Wash all green chilis along with its' stalks and clean them with a cotton cloth.
  • Take one pan, pour 2 tbsp oil, and heat it on medium flame.
  • After heating oil adds gram flour(Besan), saute until its raw smell and color changed.
  • Now add all remaining ingredients to it and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the gas.

  • Slit all Green Mirch lengthwise.
  • After cool down these mixtures, properly filled them in all cut Green Mirch.
  • After that take one fry pan and pour 1tbsp oil in it.
  • After heating oil, arrange all green chilis over it and fry it for 2-2 minutes by turning all sides.

You can eat Bharva little spicy green Mirch along with your meal.
