Aloo Poha Recipe | Bataka Poha Recipe

➤Wash all potatoes and boil them in the cooker with pressure cook for 5 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.  

➤After settling down the heat of the cooker itself, open the lid of it and remove all potatoes' skin, put all potatoes in another vessel, and cut them into small pieces.

➤Wash Poha with 2-3 water and strain all water from it.

➤Take a pan, put it on medium flame, and pour oil in it.

➤After heating oil pours mustard seeds, after crackling pour cumin seeds, pour hing, and put curry leaves carefully.

➤Slow down the gas and after that add peanuts and sauté for a minute.

Ingredients require for making Poha Recipe

➤Then add cut potatoes and stir well and let it cook for 2 minutes.

➤Now add all ingredients (except coriander leaves, sugar, til, and lemon juice), add all Poha in it, and stir it carefully.

➤Let it cook by covering the pan.

➤After 2 minutes open the cover, stir properly, and at last add coriander leaves, sugar, til, and lemon juice, mix all things properly and turn off-gas.

Aloo/Batata Poha is ready to serve.
