How to make potatoes & vegetables stuffed "Paratha" at home?
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cup Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 no. Carrot
- 1 no. Tomato
- 2 nos. Onions
- 1 Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 5 nos. Green Chili
- ½ tsp Dry Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Salt or as required.
- ½ tsp Hot Spices Powder
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 5 tbsp Panjabi Curd
- 3 tbsp Mango Pickles
Make a bigger Paratha recipe at home.
There are many types of Jumbo Parathas making recipes. Here you can find a bigger 'Parathas' made with help of cheese-butter. It is one of the delicious dishes.
Step-1
- Now wash all the all potatoes and boil them in the cooker with pressure cook for 6 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.
- Cut all 5 green chilies into very small pieces.
- Wash and chopped all vegetables into small pieces & mix them properly.
- After settling down the heat of the cooker itself, open the lid of it and remove all potatoes' skin, and put all potatoes in another vessel.
- Mash it with the help of a pressure pin until smooth.
- Now, add all ingredients mentioned below, and chopped vegetables over the mashed potatoes, and mix everything nicely. (Note: you can add chopped vegetables separately, after putting potatoes mixtures over half roll out loave).
- 5 nos. Cut Green Chili
- ½ tsp Dry Turmeric Powder
- 1½ tsp Salt or as required.
- ½ tsp Hot Spices Powder
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Step-2
- After that take wheat flour in one Katharot(a circular plate).
- Add 2 tsp oil and ½ tsp salt to it and mix it properly, knead flours nicely, and make a dough as of Roti.
- Now, take small round pieces from the dough and make the four loaves of dough.
- Half roll out one loave and add the required quantity of potatoes mixtures over the dough of Paratha.
- Then bound again that one loave same as Kachori, roll out the half with the help of palm of hands, and then slowly roll it out with Belan and make it big as possible as shown in the picture. (Roll out the loaves with help of a Belan-rolling pin, over one bigger dish).
Step-3
- Take one non-stick dosa pan and put it over a medium flame of gas.
- Pour the butter into the pan, rest Paratha in a pan.
- Roast Jambo Parathas by turning both sides as shown in the picture very carefully.
- Put all Parathas aside.
- Cut the sandwich Parathas in Pizza Shape as shown in the picture.
Take 'Paratha' in a serving dish and serve it along with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
