Vada Pav is really a very famous Indian food recipe that consists of Potato Vada(Batata-Vada) inside one Pav.

[A]. Firstly, make the vada for making "Vada Pav".
- Take one bowl and add gram flour, 1 tsp salt, and cooking soda, mix it properly till smooth.
- Add little water in it and whisk the batter till smooth in the one direction.
Step-2
- Now wash all the all potatoes and boil them in the cooker with pressure cook for 5 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.
- Cut all 5 green chilies into very small pieces.
- After settling down the heat of the cooker itself, open the lid of it and remove all potatoes' skin, and put all potatoes in another vessel.
- Mash it with the help of a pressure pin, pressure it a little only. As shown in the picture.
- Now, add all ingredients(except Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, & Small Green Chili Pieces) over mashed potatoes and mix everything carefully.
- Take Tadaka Pan and put over medium flame & pour oil in it.
- After heating oil, drop mustard seeds and when it starts crackling, put curry leaves and then add green chili pieces. Take care of- Tadka not to burn.
- After a few seconds, turn off gas and spread tadka over the potatoes mixture. And mix it after get cool.
Step-3
- Firstly, make medium ball-shaped Batata Vada as shown in the pictures.
- Secondly, put a frying pan over the medium flame of gas and pour the required oil in.
- Thirdly, check the oil whether it is properly heat or not, by dropping a few drops of batter. If all drops come out fast from oil; it means you can start frying vadas.
- Fifthly, put the required quantities of Batata Vada in the batter bowl and soak it all sides.
- Sixthly, put one by one vada into the frying pan carefully.
- Seventhly, after that fry Batata Vada on all sides carefully.
- Take out all fried Batata Vada in another dish(Put tissue papers over the dish which sucks the extra oil from fried vadas).
- After frying all Batata Vada take them in a serving dish and serve it along with tomato ketchup, green chutney, or green chili.

[B]. How to prepare Pav for "Vada-Pav"?
- Make a cut all Pav from its' middle, in lengthwise. (Vada Pav's pav is a special pav that is square in shape and is approximately 2" in height.)
- Now take one pan and put it on medium flame.
- Pour ½ tsp butter and drop ½ tsp Vada Pav masala in it and roast pav from top and bottom of it.
- Likewise, roast all Pav accordingly.
- Insert one Vada in cut Pav and likewise insert all vada accordingly.
- Now, Pav Vada is ready to serve along with dry red chili-garlic chutney or tomato ketchup, or green chili.
