INGREDIENTS
- 1 dozen Sandvich Bread
- 1 no. Carrot
- 1 no. Tomato
- 2 nos. Onions
- 1 Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 cube Cheese
- 5 nos. Green Chili
- ½ tsp Dry Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt or as required.
- ½ tsp Hot Spices Powder
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 2 tsp Sandwich Masala
- 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Green Chutney
Easy recipe for making Veg Sandwiches at home.
There are many types of Sandwiches making recipes. Here you can find Veg Sandwiches made with help of cheese-butter. It is one of the delicious dishes.
Step-1
- Now wash all the all potatoes and boil them in the cooker with pressure cook for 6 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the flame.
- Cut all 5 green chilies into very small pieces.
- Wash and chopped all vegetables into small pieces & mix them properly.
- After settling down the heat of the cooker itself, open the lid of it and remove all potatoes' skin, and put all potatoes in another vessel.
- Mash it with the help of a pressure pin until smooth.
- Now, add all ingredients mentioned below over the mashed potatoes and mix everything nicely.
- 5 nos. Cut Green Chili
- ½ tsp Dry Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt or as required.
- ½ tsp Hot Spices Powder
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Sandwich Masala
Step-2
Now take a sandwich bread and spread little butter over it and then take the required part of potatoes mixtures and press it over bread.
Take required parts of vegetables and put them
on sandwich bread and press over the potato mixture.
Sprinkles little chat masala over it.
Spread grated cheese all above vegetables pressed over bread.
Step-3
Likewise, make all sandwich bread as mentioned
above.
Take one non-stick dosa pan and put it over a
medium flame of gas.
Pour the butter into the pan, rest raw Sandwiches in
a pan.
Roast it by turning all sides as shown in the
picture.
Put all Sandwiches aside.
Take 'Sandviches' in a serving dish and serve it along with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
