How to easily make a 'Bharwa Karela' masala recipe?

DIRECTIONS:-
(A). Preparation For the 'Stuffed Bitter Gourd' recipe.
Cut Karela’s stalks from the
top and also a little cut at the bottom to remove unnecessary parts.
Scrape off the rough surface of the Karela & slit it lengthwise on one side, as shown in the picture.
Now remove all seeds inside
from its body as shown in the picture.
Wash all pieces of karela
and put them aside for five minutes sprinkling a little bit of salt.
(B). How to cook 'Stuffed Bitter Gourd' & prepare its' spice?
STEP1
Now put the cooker on gas
and put ½ glass of pure water into it and start the gas on high flame. After
heating water put all Karela into the cooker and then cover the cooker with its
lid. Pressure cook for 2 whistles at high flame. Then Switch off the
flame.
STEP2
During this period of time
start making Karela Masala for making 'Bharwa Karela'.
Put one nonstick pan on
medium gas flame and start to sauté gram flour and continuously stirring gram
flour till its raw smell is gone. Then take it aside in a small vessel.
Then sauté peanuts by putting little oil in a pan and grind them properly in the grinder.
STEP3
Again put little oil in a
pan and after heating oil on medium gas put gram flour and mix peanuts paste
with gram flour.
Now add all remaining
ingredients to the pan and stir it for two minutes. (Mix half of coriander
leaves only).
Turn off the gas.
STEP4
During this period of time,
almost the pressure of the cooker settles down on its own, open the lid &
you will find the softness of Karela. As shown picture. Take all Karela in a
separate vessel.
Fill these masalas with
little pressure, into cut karela one by one, and keep it aside. As shown in the
picture.
STEP5
Put the remaining oil in the
same non-stick pan and start the gas again.
After heating the oil put
one by one, all 'Stuffed Karela' (Karela's Ravaiyas) into the pan carefully one beside the other.
After that cover the pan
with its’ lid.
After two minutes open the
lid and turn all karela one by one in a very careful manner otherwise Karela is
stuck with a pan & opened up.
Likewise, turn the remaining sides of Karela after every two minutes as mentioned above. So that all karela and its all sides are cooked nicely.
Then open up the lid and
sprinkle the remaining coriander leaves and cover the pan again.
After that turn off the gas
and not open its lid before 2 minutes.
Now, this veggie is ready to
serve.
