☞Farali Green Chutney of peanuts-curd for fasting.
☞INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Peanuts
- 2 nos. Green Chili
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Rock Salt or
as required.
- 2 nos. Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Coriander
leaves
- 2 tbsp Panjabi Curd
- Roast all peanuts, and cleaned them by removing its' skin.
- Add all roasted peanuts, 2 cut green chilis, 1-inch ginger piece, 2 chopped curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp rock salts, and 2 tbsp Panjabi curd into mixture jar and grind all ingredients until smooth.
- Take out this Farali Chutney in a small bowl(Katori).
