INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup Rice(thicker) for Khichdi
- 2 cup Mix Lentils(Tuvar Dal, Moong Dal, and Moong Dal(peel lentils).
- 3 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Green Pigeon Peas(Hari Tuvar)
- 1 no. Carrot
- 2 no. Tomato
- 4 nos. Onions(medium)
- 4 nos. Potatoes(medium)
- 3 nos. Eggplant(Began)
- 1 Capsicum
- 3 tsp Green Chili Paste
- 1 tsp Dry Turmeric Powder
- 3 tsp Salt or as required.
- 1 tsp Spices Seeds Powder
- 1 tsp Hot Spices Powder
- 1 tsp Vegetable Biriyani Masala
- 1 cup Peanuts
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 5 nos. curry leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 3 nos. Red dry chilis
- 5 nos. Clove(Laung)
- 5 nos. Black Pepper(kali mirch).

☞There are many types of Khichdi-making recipes. It is one of the delicious dishes.
☞Wash rice and all dal together with 2-3 water and soak it for fifteen minutes.
☞Take out all green peas from pods.
☞Wash all vegetables and chopped them into small pieces.
☞Put cooker over medium flame gas, pour oil, after heating oil add (5 cloves, 5 Black Pepper, 1 small cinnamon, and sauté it, add cumin seeds, after crackling add asafoetida, add curry leaves, add red dry chili, add peanuts, and stit well.
☞Now add all chopped vegetables in it, stir it, slow down the gas, and sauté for 2 minutes
☞After two minutes all remaining ingredients(except coriander leaves) into it and sauté for another 1 or2 minutes until the oil start separating.
☞Now add soaked mixtures of rice & dals in it, stir it, add 4 glasses (medium) of water, cover cooker with its lid, and pressure cook for 4 whistles at medium flame. Then Switch off the flame.
☞After settling down the heat of the cooker itself, open the lid of it and add coriander leaves.
☞Now Khichadi is ready to serve.
