INGREDIENTS
- 1 no. American Corn(Makai)
- 1 tsp Green Chili Paste
- ½ tsp Dry Turmeric

- 1 tsp Salt or as required
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds(Til)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ tsp Hot Spices
Powder
- 1tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 nos. Curry Leaves
- 1 pinch
Asafoetida(Hing)
- 1 tbsp Coriander

✍Recipe to make Makai Chivda/Makai Chino/Makai khichdi/Corn Kernels' Spicy Chivda.
⇉Remove all corn kernels(Makai Dana) and grind
them.
⇉Take a pan, add oil, after heating oil, add
muster seeds, after crackling it add asafoetida, and then put curry leaves into
it. Slow down the gas flame.
⇉Now add corn mixtures into the pan and stir
well, add all remaining ingredients(except coriander leaves) in it, stir
properly, and cover it with its’ lid.
⇉After 2 minutes open the cover, stir it, and
again cover it.
⇉Likewise, three times repeat as above(6 minutes
required to cook Makai Chivda, after covering the pan).
⇉At last open, the cover, add coriander leaves and turn off the gas flame.
⇉Makai Chivda is ready to serve.
