Make 'Khandvi Recipe' with perfect measurement:

    (A). Preparation To make 'Khandvi Recipe'.

    Mix some ingredients like 3 tbsp gram flour, ½ tbsp curd, 1 ½ green chili Paste (3 green chilies + 1-inch ginger), 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp dry turmeric powder into the mixer jar, and mix it for seconds.

    Then add ½ glass of water and again grind it properly. Whisk batter until smooth.

    (B). 5 easy step-by-step methods to make Gujarati 'Patudi Recipe'.

    STEP1

        Take one pan and put it on medium gas flame and pour all batter into the pan.

        STEP2

        Slow down the gas flame and continuously stir the batter till the consistency of the batter is not required to be very thick nor very thin. It will take approximately 5 mins.

        After start crackling of mustard seeds, put curry leaves.

        Now spread all these temperings over Khandvi.

        STEP5

        For garnishing, sprinkle all corianders leave on it.

        Then sprinkle all grated coconuts over it.
