(A). Preparation To make Khandvi Recipe.

Mix some ingredients like 3 tbsp gram flour, ½ tbsp curd, 1 ½ green chili Paste (3 green chilies + 1-inch ginger), 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp dry turmeric powder into the mixer jar, and mix it for seconds.
Then add ½ glass of water and again grind it properly. Whisk batter until smooth.
STEP1
Take one pan and put it on medium gas flame and pour all batter into the pan.
STEP2
Slow down the gas flame and continuously stir the batter till the consistency of the batter is not required to be very thick nor very thin. It will take approximately 5 mins.
After two to three minutes cut it lengthwise, and make rolls of Patudi properly.
Take out all Khandvi into the serving bowl.
STEP4
Take tadka pan, pour oil, and after heating oil put mustard seeds.
After start crackling of mustard seeds, put curry leaves.
Now spread all these tempering's over Khandvi.
STEP5
For garnishing, sprinkle all corianders leave on it.
Then sprinkle all grated coconuts over it.
