- 1 tbsp Coriander
leaves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ tsp Dry Turmeric
Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Spice Seeds

Spicy Lasaniya Bateta and Bhungala:
Make yummy street food at home.
☞Wash all potatoes and boil them in the cooker
with pressure cook for 5 whistles at high flame.
Then Switch off the flame.
☞After settling down the pressure of the cooker
itself, open the lid of the cooker and remove
all potatoes' skin, put all potatoes in another
vessel, and cut into small
pieces all potatoes.
☞Take frying pan over medium flame gas, add
oil, after heating oil, add mustard seeds, after
crackling mustard seeds, add pinch asafoetida,
add all ingredients, except coriander leaves,
and sauté till 1 minute at low flame.
☞After one minute add all cut potatoes, mix and
let it cook for 2 minutes and after
stir it.
Likewise,
repeat it once again.

☞Now sprinkle all coriander leaves over it and turn
off the gas flame.
☞Raw Bhungala deep-fries and make ready at home.
