- Kanda Bhajiya is one of the traditional dishes of India.
- Kanda Bhajiya most like to eat in the monsoon season when it is raining.
- It is a very delicious dish liked everyone, made with onions and cheakpea flour(gram flour).

Onion Pakoras Recipe / Kanda Bhajiya Recipe.
- Take one bowl and add gram flour, salt, and
cooking soda, mix it properly till smooth.
- Now add red chili powder and dry turmeric powder
to it. Mix it well.
- Add a little water periodically in it and whisk the batter till smooth in the one
direction.
- Cut all onions in long slice form and mix in
batter.
Let's Starts Frying Pakoras.
- Put the frying pan on medium gas flame and pour oil to require level for frying Bhajiya.
- Now starts, making Bhajiya in small size; as shown in the picture.
- Serve the Bhajiya along with tomato Ketchup and green chutney, to add on the deliciousness of Bhajiya
