Fish Fry- one of the best healthier seafood

 Fish- is one of the best seafood which likes to eat by most of the nonvegetarian people and for that; one of the quick easy Indian recipes;  I am going to explain to you.

Let’s start with how to cook Fish Fry?

Fish Fry is crispy and spicy makes for a great appetizer for this Food. Serve fish fry with a simple vegetable salad or only with sliced onion to complement the Fish Fry. However, it also goes great with steamed plain rice. 

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Evenly Cut Fish Pieces

Medium Size Lemon

Gram Flour

Vegetable Oil

Dried Coriander Seeds Powder

Garlic Cloves

Red Chili Powder

Dried Turmeric Powder

Hot Spices Powder

DIRECTIONS

(A). Preparation To Make Recipe Of Fish Fry.

Firstly wash all pieces of fish properly twice and take it with a wide bowl having a lid. Remember that we have to drain all the water from it. For making a green paste, take all mentioned garlic cloves, and 2 ½ tbs cleaned coriander leaves in a grinder jar and grind to make a paste. 


Take it to one small bowl; add all mentioned spices i.e. red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, salt, lemon juice, gram flour, hot spice, and 1 tbs oil. Mix all these ingredients together properly and start to cover all pieces of fish with this mixed paste, and cover the wide bowl with a lid. Keep aside this vessel for an hour.

Note:- These all things are prepared to marinate fish(Marination is the process to soak this type of food in a seasoned, often acidic before cooking it).

                             

(B). Method of quick easy  Indian recipes.

Fried Fish

STEP1

After one hour open the lid of the bowl and heat 3tbs oil in a nonstick frypan(we have to put all pieces of the fish individually not one over another, so take nonstick accordingly). Put and arrange all pieces very next to each other on low flame and cover the frypan. Let the fish cook for 5 minutes.

STEP2

After that open the cover and twist that all pieces one by one very carefully otherwise pieces may get damage and again cover it. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
 
    STEP3

Now open the lid of the frypan and twist all pieces; cook without lid till 5 minutes and same for another side; cook without lid till 5 minutes. You find that fish almost ready to serve.

          STEP4  

    Check the taste & salt if required; sprinkle the remaining coriander leaves and cover it for three minutes for seasoning. It enhances the flavor of food because of spices and coriander leaves.  After that serve it slowly.

Tips For This Fish Fry:- Strickly follow when you reach step3 i.e. cook without cover, otherwise, you don't get the crispy and hard fish which you want. It becomes very soft if you cover at step3.


Serve Fish Fry masala with a flat round bread (rotis,ragi roti). 
This Fish Fry masala is very tasteful and likes to eat everyone.
